Sauteed Spinach with Pine Nuts
Ingredients
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 4 to 6 crushed garlic cloves
- ¼ cup pine nuts
- 1 bag of spinach
Instructions
In a large pan on medium heat, add olive oil, garlic, and pine nuts. Cook until the garlic and pine nuts have started to brown a bit. Toss in spinach, and lightly stir until just barely wilted.
